The National Post Doc Symposium is an initiative to bring together Indian Post Docs working in the field of Life Sciences. The aim of the symposium is to provide platform for networking, highlight different challenges in the early career research as well as to educate Ph.D.s and post docs about academic and nonacademic career avenues.
