Callsign - India-99
Restrictions:
The Hellcat can be piloted by any NPAS member, a non-NPAS member can sit in the pilot seat in banks, only if the hellcat is controlled by the spotter, who must be NPAS qualified.
The Hellcat cannot be landed outside of Police Stations unless on a gas station roof for refueling (use common sense, this means that you must also not hover close above the ground, so as not to violate this rule).
Only ONE hellcat can be brought to any situation.
If using the Hellcat, you must stay above 1,000m (1km) when spotting. This applies to both normal situations and bank operations.
Information:
The Hellcat does not count towards the one-helicopter-per-situation rule, e.g. you can bring a Hellcat and Hummingbird to 1 situation.
You are allowed to operate the Hellcat as a co-pilot for spotting purposes, however, keep in mind that a qualified pilot must always have access to the controls of the helicopter.
If possible, you are to rotate the Hellcat around the bank to prevent being shot down and provide full coverage on the bank.
Prioritize gaining altitude in the Hellcat when you take off from the Police Station. In a bank operation, it is recommended that you gain altitude first before moving to the bank to prevent being shot down or getting spotted by rebels.
In regards to using a Hellcat in bank operations, there are some special rules and regulations that you are to adhere to.
Pilot
If the OC or an S/NPAS+ picks you to be the pilot of the Hellcat, you are to listen to him and don't ask questions. Refusing to pilot the Hellcat when being asked to will be subject to punishment.
The pilot of the Hellcat does not have to be a member of NPAS as long as the spotter is in control of the helicopter throughout the entire duration of the situation from start to finish. C/NPAS or C/SUPT+ can authorise otherwise.
Spotter
If the OC or an S/NPAS+ picks you to be the spotter for a bank, you are to listen to him and don't ask questions. Refusing to spot in the bank when being asked will be subject to punishment.
The spotter must be a qualified pilot of NPAS. C/NPAS or C/SUPT+ can authorise otherwise.
OC (Operations Commander)
The OC is allowed to be a spotter in a bank if they wish to do so.
