- Come in with a clean face, if possible (ie no makeup, moisturizer, sunscreen, etc.).ย
- Bring a valid photo ID and an accepted payment method (see below).
- Make sure any vaccinations, dental work and aesthetic facial treatments (peels, lasers, etc.) were done at least 2 weeks before your appointment or are not scheduled for at least 2 weeks after your appointment.
- You should not be pregnant or nursing while receiving neurotoxins or fillers nor should you have an active cold sore or be on certain antibiotics.
- You will be asked not to exercise for 24 hours after your appointment so if you plan to workout that same day, be sure to do so beforehand.
- For 1 day before and 1 day after your appointment, please avoid alcohol and pain relievers like Aspirin, Motrin, Aleve, Ibuprofen, etc. (unless told to take aspirin daily by your doctor).

New clients that have been referred by a current client may bypass the deposit by booking as: Referred Client. However in the notes section, you must include the first and last name of the person that referred you, or your appointment will be cancelled.

If one client is new and the other is established, you may also book: One filler appointment for two established clients however the new client must be the one to book the appointment and the established client's first and last name must be the one that is added to the appointment notes.ย
Yes! If you're both new clients, you will both book yourselves separately. One of you will book the double appointment day and time while the other will book themselves only to register with the system. Please follow the steps in this example:ย
Kylie Jenn and Kim Kay want to come in together for filler for Wednesday Nov 5th at 12 pm.ย
CLIENT 1 (Kylie) selects the appointment 1/2: One filler appointment for two new clients on their desired day and time (Wednesday Nov 5th at 12 pm) and adds in the appointment notes "coming with Kim Kay." This appointment will serve as both Kim and Kylie's appointment day and time. Only one of you needs to book this appointment (Kylie) but the second client's first and last name (Kim Kay) must be added to the appointment notes. Client 1 (Kylie) is finished. Client 2 (Kim) must now follow the instructions for booking (scroll down)...
CLIENT 2 (Kim) must now book themselves as 2/2:ย One filler apt for two new clients; client 2 of 2 REGISTRATION ONLY. Kim will select ANY day and time to book as this will NOT serve as her actual appointment time but rather only a placeholder. She will then add to her appointment notes "Coming with Kylie Jenn Wednesday 11/5/25 at 12 pm."ย Each person intending to come in must book their own appointment for themselves. Please do not book one appointment for yourself and then book one appointment for your friend. Any client intending to come in will be required to register with the system individually.ย
