A Private Way to Decide What Fits the Moment
NowlyPicks helps you revisit familiar options and choose one that suits the time available, your current energy, recent rotation, and feedback from earlier choices. The experience works without an account, and your decision history stays on your device.
Information We Collect
NowlyPicks does not collect personal information, device identifiers, usage statistics, analytics, advertising data, precise location, contacts, photos, health information, or other user data. Registration, sign-in, and user profiles are not required.
Your Choices Stay on Your Device
Options you add, time and energy preferences, recent rotation, previous feedback, and selection history are stored locally on your device. We cannot access, view, retrieve, or use these records.
How Suggestions Work
Suggestions are created from the information available within the app on your device. Your choices, ratings, and recent activity are not uploaded for remote processing. Suggestions are intended as simple organizational guidance, and you remain responsible for every decision you make.
No Third-Party Services
NowlyPicks does not include third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking technologies, social logins, cloud accounts, or external software development kits that collect data. We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose user information because we do not collect it.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your locally stored choices and preferences remain on your device until you edit or delete them, clear the app's data, or uninstall NowlyPicks. Depending on your iCloud and device backup settings, Apple may include app data in a backup. Those backups are controlled by you and Apple and are not accessible to us.
Security
Keeping decision data on-device limits unnecessary exposure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device through the security features available in iOS.
Children's Privacy
NowlyPicks is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children or any other users.
Your Privacy Choices
Because NowlyPicks does not collect or retain personal data on our systems, there is no personal information for us to access, correct, export, or delete. You remain in control of locally stored options, feedback, history, and device backup settings.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if NowlyPicks features or legal requirements change. Any revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
