Subscription Agreement
This legally enforceable contract ("Agreement") governs your access to premium functionalities within the Now Cleaner: AI Photo Cleaner Optimizer mobile solution ("Service") operated by TOPFX PTE. LTD. ("Licensor"). Subscription enrollment
constitutes unconditional acceptance of these provisions.
Section 1 - Service Tiers
1.1 Subscription Plans
• Weekly Plan: Full feature access with 7-day billing cycles
• Annual Plan: Comprehensive privileges with 365-day payment intervals
1.2 Exclusive Benefits
Members receive:
• Unrestricted premium tools
• Zero-advertisement interface
• Dedicated support channel prioritization
Section 2 - Financial Arrangements
2.1 Payment Authorization
Your Apple ID account will be debited immediately upon Subscription activation.
2.2 Auto-Continuation Protocol
• Uninterrupted service continuation unless manually terminated
• Payment collection initiates 24-hours prior to cycle expiration
• Fixed-rate renewal matching initial subscription cost
2.3 Account Management
Modify Subscription parameters through your iOS device's subscription controls.
2.4 Introductory Offers
Trial Subscriptions automatically convert to paid plans unless canceled ≥24 hours pre-expiration.
Section 3 - Discontinuation Procedures
3.1 Subscription Cancellation
• Termination permitted during active Subscription period
• Service access continues until paid cycle completion
• Pro-rated refunds expressly excluded
3.2 Reimbursement Policy
All refund requests must be processed through Apple's official channels. Payments are considered final except where required by applicable law.
Section 4 - Service Amendments
4.1 Pricing Revisions
We reserve exclusive rights to modify fee structures with 30-day advance notice, effective at subsequent renewal.
4.2 Feature Modifications
Service enhancements or reductions may occur periodically. Continued usage constitutes acceptance of revised offerings.
Section 5 - Contract Termination
5.1 Licensor's Prerogatives
We may immediately revoke access for:
• Breach of contractual obligations
• Suspected fraudulent activity
5.2 Termination Consequences
• Instant loss of premium capabilities
• Forfeiture of unused subscription value
