ALLSAFE FAQS - UPDATE With the return of leisure travel in most regions it is expected that some questions may be asked around vaccinations, isolation and general COVID measures. WHAT IS THE ALLSAFE PROGRAM?
Accor has now established some of the most stringent cleaning standards and operational procedures in the world of hospitality to focus on guest safety as hotels reopen around the world. It is designed to build confidence for our guests and team members as they return to our hotels and to match community sentiment of the regions in which we operate.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO KEEP MY FAMILY SAFE STAYING AT YOUR HOTEL?
We have enhanced cleaning practices and protocols in place that meet or exceed Government guidelines. This includes the use of hospital grade cleaning products that are TGA approved for use against COVID-19 and increased high touch cleaning in all public areas and facilities that you are likely to use. All staff have been trained in our practices and we routinely review and audit our practices. We also work closely with the
