If you wish to delete your NovelZ account, please read the information below and follow the steps. Deleting your account will permanently remove your personal data and all associated information from our system.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
Permanent Data Deletion: All data linked to your account, including personal information, viewing history, and preferences, will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Loss of Access: Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access any premium content or subscription benefits tied to your account.
Content Removal: Any downloaded content for offline viewing will be removed and will no longer be available on your device.
Please note that account deletion is irreversible. If you are sure about deleting your account, please proceed with the steps below.
How to Delete Your Account
To request account deletion, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to our support team at hello@tevo.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Confirmation: In your email, include the following information:
Your registered email address
Your reason for deleting the account (optional)
A confirmation that you understand that all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
Processing: Once we receive your request, we will process it and send you a confirmation email within [time frame, e.g., 7 days] to confirm the deletion of your account.
Things to Consider Before Deleting Your Account
Subscription: If you are subscribed to any paid services, be sure to cancel your subscription before requesting account deletion to avoid any future charges.
Backup Data: If there’s any data (such as downloaded movies) that you wish to keep, please make sure to back it up before requesting account deletion.
Reactivation of Account
Currently, once an account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated. If you wish to use NovelZ again, you will need to create a new account.
