Current Site status - All our appointments are filled. If you walk in, find the pre-appointment questions / documents on this page and fill them out before you come. Hours are Monday, 9:30 to 12:30 and Thursday, 10 to 2.

All documents to bring with you on your appointment include:

Intake interview and all worksheets that apply to your tax return.
Picture ID for taxpayer (and spouse)
Proof of Social Security or ITIN for every person on the return
Insurance information for everyone on the return
All supporting documents - W2, 1099R, 1099int, 1099NEC, 1099div, brokerage statements
