These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Nova Survival mobile game ("Game"). "Provider" means the developer and publisher of Nova Survival.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Game. By selecting the acknowledgement-and-continue option presented in the Game, or by continuing to use the Game, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms and agree to them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Game.

Nova Survival is intended for users aged 13 and older. You may not use the Game if you are under 13 years of age.
If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, you must obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian before using the Game or making an in-app purchase. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising the use of the Game by a user under their care.
The Game does not request or store your exact date of birth. It may store only the broad age range you select on your device to help apply age-appropriate advertising treatment.
By continuing, you acknowledge that the Privacy Policy has been made available to you and that you have had the opportunity to review it. Acknowledging receipt of the Privacy Policy is not consent to personalized advertising.
The Privacy Policy provides information about data practices. Advertising consent and privacy choices, where required, are managed separately through the applicable Google consent interface.
Any action that legally requires separate or express consent will be presented separately from your general agreement to these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the applicable app-store license terms, the Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices that you own or control.
The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted to you remain with the Provider or the applicable rights holders.
Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, distribute, rent, sell, republish, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code of the Game or any part of it.
The Game may display banner advertisements, interstitial advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob.
Where required in your region, you may manage advertising and privacy choices through Google's User Messaging Platform ("UMP"). Declining personalized advertising does not, by itself, prevent you from accessing the Game. However, your selection and location may affect the type or availability of advertisements shown to you.
Rewarded advertisements are optional. A reward is granted only when the advertising provider confirms that the required conditions have been completed. The availability of any particular advertisement or rewarded advertising opportunity is not guaranteed.
As described on the applicable purchase screen, the Remove Ads product removes forced banner and interstitial advertisements. Optional rewarded advertising opportunities may remain available if you choose to use them.

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases, including virtual Coin packages, an advertising removal feature and premium game content.
Purchases are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, depending on your platform. The applicable store displays the price, currency, taxes and payment information before you confirm a purchase. Payments and payment methods are subject to the terms of the relevant platform provider.
Coin packages are consumable products. Virtual currency that has been spent or consumed is not guaranteed to be restored through a purchase restoration feature.
Eligible non-consumable products, such as Remove Ads and certain premium content, may be restored through the Game's Restore Purchases feature when you use the same store account and the applicable store can verify the purchase.
Refunds and cancellations are handled under the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store and applicable law. If you experience a purchase issue, you may use the relevant store's support service or contact us at novasurvivalgame@gmail.com.
Coins, skins, cosmetic items, upgrades and other in-game items are virtual content that may be used only within the Game.
Virtual content:
Is not real money or legal tender.
Has no monetary value outside the Game.
Cannot be redeemed for cash.
Cannot be sold or transferred to another user.
Cannot be exchanged for another product or service unless the Game expressly permits it.
A purchase provides a limited right to use virtual content within the Game under these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying software, design or intellectual property.
Where permitted by applicable law, virtual balances or content may be corrected when necessary to address a technical error, duplicate reward, refunded or revoked purchase, fraud, security issue or corrupted game record.
The characteristics of virtual content may be reasonably adjusted in future updates for game balance, security or technical compatibility. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
When using the Game, you must not:
Use cheats, bots, unauthorized modifications, modified clients or exploits.
Modify game files, purchase records, advertising rewards or virtual balances without authorization.
Abuse purchasing, refund, reward or restoration systems.
Disrupt the Game, its security or any connected third-party service.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data or services.
Introduce malicious code or use automated attacks.
Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of the Provider or any third party.
Use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
Please report suspected errors or security vulnerabilities instead of exploiting them. Reports may be sent to novasurvivalgame@gmail.com.
The Game's software, code, design, graphics, characters, sounds, music, text, user interface, trademarks and other content are owned by the Provider or the applicable licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of, or any commercial right to use, the Nova Survival name, logo or other branding.
Nova Survival does not provide a separate in-game account or a server-based player profile. Game progress, settings, virtual balances and preferences are primarily stored on your device.
Your device's operating system, store account or device-transfer features may help back up or restore some data. However, backups and restoration are not guaranteed to work completely on every device, operating-system version or in every situation.
Deleting the Game, resetting or losing your device, changing devices or operating systems, or having no usable backup may result in the loss of some progress or consumable virtual content.
Although core parts of the Game may be used offline, advertisements, purchases, purchase verification, purchase restoration, external links and certain platform services require an internet connection.
The Provider may update the Game for security, error correction, compatibility, game balance, platform requirements or new features.
Some features may depend on your device model, operating-system version, country, internet connection, store services or the availability of third-party services. The Provider does not guarantee that the Game or any individual feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.
You may be required to install an update for security or platform compatibility. Subject to applicable law, features may be changed, replaced or discontinued.
The Game may use third-party services, including Google Play, the Apple App Store, Google AdMob and Google UMP. Your use of those services may also be subject to the relevant provider's own terms and privacy policies.
The Provider does not control changes, interruptions or discontinuation of third-party services. Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility that the Provider cannot lawfully exclude under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
The Provider does not warrant that the Game will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device or capable of preserving all game data under every circumstance.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game, including loss of profit, data, progress or opportunity.
This limitation does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, mandatory consumer protections or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You may stop using the Game and end your use under these Terms by uninstalling it from your device.
Where permitted by applicable law, the Provider may restrict or terminate your license, access to relevant features or future services in response to a material breach of these Terms, fraud, purchase abuse, a security threat, or a legal or platform requirement.
The consequences of a refund, purchase revocation or loss of access to purchased content are subject to the applicable store policies and applicable law.
These Terms may be updated when the Game's features, legal requirements or platform rules change.
Material changes will be communicated, where reasonably practicable, through the Game, the applicable store page or this page. The Last Updated and Effective Date shown above will also be revised.
If applicable law requires renewed consent, you will be asked to accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may stop using the Game.
Apple App Store
If you obtained the Game through Apple's App Store, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA") governs the license for the Game unless a different valid end-user license agreement is presented through the App Store. These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA for matters relating to Nova Survival's operation, content and services; they do not replace mandatory Apple terms.
Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support services for the Game. Any warranty, product, consumer-protection, privacy or intellectual-property responsibilities are allocated as described by the Apple Standard EULA and applicable law.
Google Play
Your acquisition of the Game through Google Play and purchases processed through Google Play are also subject to the applicable Google Play service, payment and refund terms.
Google is not a party to these Terms. The Provider, and not Google, is responsible for the Game and its content.
If these Terms conflict with mandatory platform requirements, the applicable mandatory store rules and applicable law will govern the relevant platform transaction or use.
These Terms will be interpreted under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer right that cannot legally be waived or your right to contact a court, regulator or other competent authority where you live.
