All athletes in the Nova Scotia Powerlifting Association must hold a valid membership card to compete. Membership cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. You can purchase your membership via Esports Desk (more information found by pressing "Get My Membership" below):
In order to participate in NSPL/CANPL sanctioned events all athletes are required to complete the CCES True Sport Clean online education model. This must be done each calendar year. If you have completed the model within the previous year, you can complete a review version which quizzes your previous knowledge to shorten the length of the module accordingly.
