As a new business we thrive to ensure we give the best mobile detailing experience. Along with that, we definitely do not want to waste your time! As a result, when our detailing technician does their last walk through with you please be sure to look around the car and make us aware of any possible spots you feel we've missed, we will fix the issue right away. Our policy is as simple as once we're gone it's perfect and ready to roll. Due to limited supplies we are unable to pursue multiple details on the same vehicle without multiple transactions. Therefore, if you say everything is perfect by the time we're done, we can not come back unless you schedule and pay for another detail. Thank you for your understanding! Charges will be added and dropped as seen fit.
Simple Policies:
-Gas fees apply to everyone
-If we are unable to start on time due to customer $20 will be added to their total
-For every 10 minutes we wait for the customer $5 will be added to their total
-After 60 minutes of waiting for customer $50 will be owed and service will be rescheduled for another time
-Charges will be added and dropped and seen fit
-We are unable to clean the trunk if it is full
-Car washes are unavailable until temperature outside is at least 35 degrees fahrenheit
