PRIVACY POLICY — NOVARYN

Novaryn is a single-player arcade game published by tdson. This policy explains,

in full, what the app does with data: it collects none.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Nothing. Novaryn has no accounts, no registration, no sign-in and no server of

our own. We do not collect, store, transmit or sell any personal information. We

use no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no crash-reporting service, and

no third-party software development kit of any kind is included in the app.

WHAT THE APP STORES ON YOUR DEVICE

The app saves a small settings file on your own device, containing your high

score and recent scores, which ship skins you own, which one is equipped, and

your sound-effects volume. This file never leaves the device. We cannot see it.

Deleting the app deletes it.

IN-APP PURCHASES

Novaryn offers optional cosmetic ship skins and an optional subscription,

Novaryn Pro. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple's App Store or by Google

Play, depending on where you installed the app. We never see or receive your

name, payment card, billing address or Apple Account, and we never handle

payments ourselves. The store tells the app only whether a purchase is currently

valid, so it knows what to unlock. Apple and Google process that transaction

under their own privacy policies:

NETWORK USE

The app makes no network requests of its own and is fully playable with no

internet connection at all. It contacts the App Store or Google Play only when

you open the shop or make a purchase. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use links

in the shop open in your browser.

CHILDREN

Novaryn is suitable for general audiences and collects no data from anyone, of

any age. Because nothing is collected, no information about children is

gathered, stored or shared.

YOUR RIGHTS

There is no personal data of yours for us to hold, show you, correct or delete.

Removing the app removes everything the app saved on your device.

CHANGES

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a

new "last updated" date. If a future version of the app were ever to collect

anything, that change would be described here before it shipped.
