in connection with the mobile game Nova Run (the "Game"). By downloading or using
the Game, you agree to this policy.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not directly collect personal

Data stored on your device:
Your game progress, settings, coins, and preferences are saved locally on your
device. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. Deleting the Game
removes this data.
Data collected by third-party services:
The Game uses third-party services that may collect certain information to function,
including device identifiers (such as an advertising ID), IP address, general
location (country level), device type and operating system, and app usage/interaction
data. This is used mainly to show ads and to process purchases.
2. ADVERTISING
The Game displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use a device advertising
identifier and related data to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads
where permitted. In regions where required (e.g., the EEA/UK), we show a consent
request (Google User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads. You can
also reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.

3. IN-APP PURCHASES
The Game offers optional in-app purchases (for example, removing ads or buying
coins/gems). Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not
receive or store your payment card details. Purchases are handled under the
respective store's privacy policy.

Locally stored game data remains on your device until you delete the Game. Data
