General Terms

Welcome to Novart, By using our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

Usage Agreement

You agree to use our app legally and responsibly. This means following all applicable laws and respecting the rights of others. You're solely responsible for any content you share through the app.

Liability Limitation

We are not responsible for any damages that may result from using our app, including lost profits or data. This applies to all types of damages, whether direct, indirect, or consequential.

In-App Purchases

We offer purchases of credits needed to generate images. Each image generation costs one credit.

• 100  credits  for 8.99 USD

• 200  credits  for 12.99 USD

• 500 credits for 19.99 USD

Free Users: 

we offer 3 credits to each new user, the user can also generate a low quality image by watching an advertisement.

We reserve the right to change the pricing, subscription terms, or benefits associated with in-app purchases. Any such changes will be communicated through the app or             on our website.

Subscription

Subscription payments will be charged to your iTunes at confirmation of your purchase and upon commencement of each renewal term. You can cancel your subscription through your iTunes settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, or it will automatically renew.

Free trial 

You may be offered a free trial of a subscription for service. You can cancel your subscription of free trial anytime by cancelling your subscription through your iTunes settings, or it will automatically renew. This must be done in 24 hours before the end of the free trial to avoid being charged. Subscription with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription. 

Please note: Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription during the free trial period.

Cancellation

If you cancel a subscription purchased from an app on App Store, please visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039.

Please note: When you delete your account on the app or uninstall the app from your device, your subscription won't cancel. If you cancel a subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period, but will continue to receive the subscription content for the remainder of the current billing period, regardless of the cancellation date. Your cancellation goes into effect after the current billing period has passed.

Refund

Some purchases from the App Store might be eligible for a refund, and you could only contact App Store directly for request. To request a refund for a subscription purchased from an app on App Store, please visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time for any reason.

By using novart, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
