Liza 4

Liza 4 is an offline, client-side basic application that let's you do things through a text box.

The new Liza would support 'abilities', a new way of controlling  capabilities of the tool, by installing abilities from a store.

By default, Liza would have abilities to open NovaOS apps, calculate and define words.

Extended abilities would include setting timers, searching store, doing web searches, playing music etc.

The store would have community made abilities too.

Every ability would have a trigger, which can either be a prefix string or an included string.
