Welcome to AutoCAD Exercises ("the App"). The App is developed and operated by Novafel ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
By downloading or using AutoCAD Exercises, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
AutoCAD Exercises does not require you to create an account or log in. We do not collect:
Your name, email address, or any personal contact details
Passwords or authentication credentials

Camera or microphone data
Contacts or calendar information

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service operated by Google LLC. To serve relevant ads, Google AdMob may automatically collect certain information from your device, including:
Advertising ID — a resettable, anonymous identifier assigned to your device by your operating system (Google Advertising ID on Android)
Device information — device type, operating system version, language, and time zone
IP address — used to determine approximate location at country or region level for ad targeting
Ad interaction data — whether you viewed or tapped an ad
App usage data — general information about how you interact with the App, used to improve ad relevance
This data is collected and processed by Google LLC under their own privacy policy. We do not have direct access to or control over the specific data Google AdMob collects.
The App stores the following data only on your device using Android's local storage (Room database and internal storage). This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us:
Your exercise progress (which exercises you have marked as done)
Your bookmarked exercises
Your practice streak and activity history
Cached exercise images downloaded for offline use

AutoCAD Exercises is intended for use by university and polytechnic students, working professionals, and adult learners. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions, including the European Economic Area).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App and provided personal data, please contact us at the address in Section 10 and we will take steps to address the situation.
Data stored locally on your device (your progress, bookmarks, and cached images) is retained until you uninstall the App or clear the App's data through your device settings. We have no ability to access or delete this data remotely.
Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's own data retention policies, which you can review at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the App and its local data. Exercise images and progress data are stored in Android's protected internal storage, which is not accessible to other apps on your device without root access.
However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data processed by third-party services such as Google AdMob.
Depending on where you are located, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. These rights vary by jurisdiction:
Opt out of personalised ads: Go to Settings > Google > Ads on your Android device and enable "Opt out of Ads Personalisation"
Reset your Advertising ID: In the same Ads settings menu, you can reset your Advertising ID to a new random value, which disconnects your previous ad history
Delete local app data: Go to Settings > Apps > AutoCAD Exercises > Storage > Clear Data on your device
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, you may have the right to:
Access the personal data held about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")

The App is available worldwide. Because Google AdMob is operated by Google LLC in the United States, your data collected through AdMob may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where Google operates.
