NOVA Education Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing membership with NOVA Education. By subscribing to any of our membership tiers (Basic, Premium, or Platinum), you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Tiers and Benefits

Membership benefits are detailed on our website and are subject to modification at NOVA Education’s discretion.

2. Eligibility

Membership is available to enrolled NOVA Education students and their parents. A valid enrollment or affiliation with NOVA Education is required to access the membership benefits.

3. Subscription Fees and Payment Terms

Membership fees are non-refundable and must be paid annually:

• Premium Membership: RM 250/year

• Platinum Membership: RM 450/year

Membership renewals are due annually, and failure to renew may result in the suspension or termination of benefits.

4. Access to Exclusive Resources

Only Platinum members are granted full access to NOVA’s exclusive online resources, including the Online Library, workshops, and monthly publications. Unauthorized sharing of these resources is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of membership.

5. Modification and Termination of Membership

NOVA Education reserves the right to modify membership benefits, fees, or the structure of membership tiers at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any major changes. NOVA Education also reserves the right to terminate any membership for violations of the terms outlined in this agreement.

6. Liability

NOVA Education is not liable for any disruptions in service or access to resources that may occur due to technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia.
