Q: Why does my phone still feel less efficient after using NovaDroid?

A: First, check that System Wellness is still active. NovaDroid manages your device's background activities even if the “NovaDroid Active” notification is not visible (for example, if you denied notification permission or your phone’s power saving mode suppressed it). If you want to confirm or restore visible indicators, open NovaDroid and tap Stop Wellness, then Start Wellness again.

Q: Why does NovaDroid crash during or after installation?

A: This very rarely happens. Check that relevant system‑level apps on your device are updated, especially Google Play Services, Android System WebView, and Google Play Billing. Update them via the Play Store, then reinstall NovaDroid if necessary. 

Q: Why does NovaDroid crash even though Google Play Services is updated?  

A: Crashes may sometimes be caused by other system‑level factors such as outdated Android System WebView, corrupted app cache, aggressive battery optimization, or manufacturer‑specific background managers.

Fix:

• Update Android System WebView and Chrome via the Play Store.

• Clear NovaDroid’s cache (Settings → Apps → NovaDroid → Storage → Clear Cache).

• Exempt NovaDroid from aggressive battery optimization.

• If issues persist, reinstall NovaDroid to refresh its app state.

Q: Why is the “NovaDroid Active” notification is missing?

A: Some manufacturers’ battery optimization settings may kill background services. Tap "Stop Wellness" and then tap "Start Wellness". If notofocation isn't restored after a few minutes, go to your phone’s Battery/Power Management settings, exempt NovaDroid from aggressive optimization, and relaunch the app to restore the notification.

Q: Why does NovaDroid stop working when I sign in on another device?

A: NovaDroid enforces a strict one‑Google‑account → one‑device rule. Use NovaDroid only on your primary device. If you switch devices, uninstall from the old one before activating on the new one.

Q: Why does NovaDroid feel unstable or inconsistent?

A: Ensure your Android OS is updated. Clear NovaDroid’s cache via Settings → Apps → NovaDroid → Storage → Clear Cache, then restart your phone. If issues persist, uninstall and reinstall NovaDroid.

Q: Why did I notice buffering during YouTube or other live streams? 

A: Check if the local area’s internet network is extremely poor. NovaDroid might improve the resources you actually have, but if there’s a complete cutage or disruption of internet service, there’s nothing to optimize. If the quality of the local network temporarily drops to very poor levels, you may experience jitter or buffering.

Fix: Be patient until the local network improves to a level NovaDroid's resource efficiency features can work with to meet your needs. Alternatively, switch to an internet service provider that offers relatively better service.

However, benefits would vary depending on device, usage and conditions. Improvements are not guaranteed. NovaDroid works within standard android restrictions. 

Device‑level power saving modes may temporarily suppress NovaDroid’s UI or stop its background services. Behavior may vary slightly depending on your phone brand, model or environment:

• In Power Boost mode, NovaDroid backround activity and resource management may continue silently, but the “NovaDroid Active” notification and metrics may disappear.

  • If you tap Stop Wellness and then Start Wellness while still in Power Boost, the “NovaDroid Active” notification is restored, though some aspects of the UI may remain limited.

  • Once you turn off Power Boost, tapping Stop Wellness and then Start Wellness again will return NovaDroid to full working condition.

• In Ultra Power Saver mode, Android restricts most third‑party apps. NovaDroid is automatically stopped by the system. Once you exit Ultra Power Saver, reopen NovaDroid and restart Wellness to reactivate the app.

Tip: Because manufacturers implement power saving differently, results may vary slightly across devices. If NovaDroid appears inactive, simply restart Wellness after leaving the power saving mode to restore full functionality.

Q: Do I need to update NovaDroid regularly?  

A: Yes. Always update NovaDroid whenever a new version is available on the Google Play Store. Updates may contain important bug fixes, performance improvements, and compatibility adjustments that keep the app working effectively.

Fix:

• Open the Google Play Store.

• Search for NovaDroid.

• Tap Update if available.
