Novacorp Interstellar Trading and Logistics - Terms of Service

Welcome to Novacorp Interstellar Trading and Logistics ("Novacorp" or "the Corporation"). By joining our corporation, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"):

1. Membership Requirements:

• Eligibility: You must be a player in good standing within the EVE Online community.

• Alts: Members are permitted to have alternate characters ("alts") within the corporation, subject to approval by corporation leadership.

2. Code of Conduct:

• Respect: Treat all members with respect and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Integrity: Conduct yourself with honesty and integrity in all interactions, both within and outside the corporation.

• Compliance: Adhere to the EVE Online End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms of Service.

3. Corporation Operations:

• Collaboration: Participate actively in corporation activities, including mining, trading, logistics operations, and defense efforts as needed.

• Security: Follow security protocols to protect corporation assets and information.

• Intellectual Property: Respect the intellectual property rights of CCP Games and other entities.

4. Confidentiality:

• Information Security: Do not disclose sensitive corporation information to unauthorized parties.

• Data Handling: Adhere to data protection laws and guidelines when handling corporation-related data.

5. Leadership and Governance:

• Leadership Authority: Respect the authority and decisions of corporation leadership.

• Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and suggestions through appropriate channels.

6. Dispute Resolution:

• Internal Resolution: Resolve disputes and conflicts internally through communication and mediation.

• Escalation: If internal resolution fails, escalate the matter to corporation leadership for further action.

7. Termination of Membership:

• Voluntary Withdrawal: Members may leave the corporation at any time with notice to leadership.

• Dismissal: The corporation reserves the right to dismiss members for serious breaches of these Terms or disruptive behavior.

8. Amendments:

• Updates: These Terms may be updated or amended by corporation leadership as necessary. Members will be notified of any changes.

9. Acceptance:

• Agreement: By joining Novacorp Interstellar Trading and Logistics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
