After me and my daughters were in a car accident they took very good care of us there wasn’t no problem. The lady’s were very professional and the doctor was amazing and I feel amazing!

My experience with Nova Chiropractic in the university has been great!! Dr. Thomas have been able to relieve my pain in my shoulders and back to where it is now bearable whereas before I would wake up in the middle of the night with my shoulders and back hurting to the point I was in tears. I was in accident on March 26 2021 and stared treatment at another Facility. I guess they did the best they could do but it wasn’t until June 11 2021 that t got the best treatment ever …. Like I said before my pain is nearly gone, I feel if I had started here ( Nova University) earlier i would be completely pain free. The care I received was like no other kudos to Dr. Thomas and his staff. You all need a 10 ⭐️. Keep up the great work!

I just wanted to say that this is by far the best chiropractic office I have been with. My daughter and I have been here after a car accident. They were referred to by our lawyer. I am glad we came here as we receive a lot of brochures too from different clinics.

Every time, we came they greeted us with a smile and we never have to wait more than 10 minutes. They are very accommodating to our needs. And if we have changes to our appointment times, they would gladly schedule us right away with no problems. And if we are running late, they would understand unlike any other clinics, they reschedule you the next day.

As far as therapy goes, we like how they explain the benefits of each exercise and love how relaxing the device they put on my back. I actually dozed off a few times. Also, we love how the ladies treat us like family and seem like we know them for years.

And of course, Dr. Eric is the BEST! I have been to several chiropractors in the past, and I could honestly say that he takes his time with us. We were never felt rushed. He answers all our questions and went above and beyond on his care.

Dr. Eric is a great person and very easy to talk to. His staff was also great and they made me feel welcome. During my treatment Dr. Eric and his staff gave me amazing tips on getting my back, neck and head better. They showed concern. So for that I give him a 5 star rating and l recommend him to anybody. In my opinion he is the best chiropractor in Charlotte, NC.

This is by far one of the best Chiropractic office I’ve been to! From being greeted by the front desk staff, to have little to none wait time. They will accommodate you whether you need to change your appointment to a different day or just running late.
