This Privacy Policy describes how NovaArcade (“we”, “us”) handles information in the mobile game Tube Sort (package com.novaarcade.tubesort).

1. Summary

• Tube Sort does not require an account.

• We do not intentionally collect names, emails, or payment card numbers in the app.

• Game progress and settings are stored on your device.

• If ads are shown, advertising partners (such as Google AdMob) may collect device and ad-related data under their own policies.

• You may remove ads via a one-time in-app purchase (when available).

2. Information stored on your device

The app may store locally (not on our servers):

• Level progress and daily challenge status

• Settings (music, sound, haptics, accessibility options)

• Whether ads have been removed via purchase

• Consent / messaging preferences related to ads where required

Uninstalling the app typically deletes this local data.

3. Advertising

Tube Sort may show ads (banner, interstitial, and rewarded) using Google AdMob. Ad partners may collect or process data such as:

• Advertising ID / device identifiers

• IP address and approximate location derived from it

• Device and app information

• Ad interaction data (views, clicks, rewarded completions)

4. In-app purchases

Optional purchases (such as Remove Ads) are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive your full payment card details. Purchase status may be restored on your device via Play.

5. Children

Tube Sort is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

6. Data security & retention

Local game data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall. Advertising partners retain data according to their own policies.

7. Your choices

• Turn off music, sound, or haptics in Settings

• Reset advertising ID in your device settings

• Purchase Remove Ads (when available) to hide banner and interstitial ads

• Uninstall the app to remove local data

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised policy.
