• 2.1. Data You Provide to Us: When you choose to sign up or log in using Google Authentication, we receive access to personal information from your Google account, specifically your name, email address, and a unique Google User ID. We use this information solely for account creation, identification, and to secure your data.

• 2.2. User-Generated Content: We collect and store the content you create within the app, including task titles, descriptions, due dates, and priority levels. This information is stored securely and is directly associated with your unique User ID to enable features like data synchronization.

• 2.3. Data We Collect Automatically: The Service uses third-party services that may automatically collect certain information, such as your device's Advertising ID, to display ads in the free version of the app.

3. How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your Actionplan account.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the core functionality of the Service.

• To synchronize your tasks and settings.

• To display advertisements to non-premium users via Google AdMob.

• To process In-App Purchases for the ad-free version through the Google Play Store.

• To respond to your support requests and user feedback.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with the following third-party service providers who help us operate our Service:

• Google Play Services: For core Android functionalities.

• Google AdMob: To serve advertisements in the free version of the app.

• Firebase (by Google): We use Firebase for backend services, including:

  • Firebase Authentication: To securely manage your login.

  • Cloud Firestore: To securely store and sync your task data.

These third-party services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

5. Advertising The free version of Actionplan is supported by ads from Google AdMob. To remove all advertisements, you may purchase the ad-free version through the in-app purchase option.

6. Data Security We are committed to protecting your data. We use secure services like Google Firebase, which employs industry-standard security measures to protect data from unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Data Retention and Deletion You have the right to delete your account and all associated data. This can be done directly from the "Delete Account" option within the Settings screen of the Actionplan app. Upon confirmation, this action is irreversible and will permanently delete your user profile and all task data from our Firestore database.

8. Children's Privacy Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
