Welcome to Nova Note Core ("we," "our," or "us"). We understand that your notes, thoughts, and personal information are highly sensitive. This Privacy Policy outlines our strict commitment to your privacy when you use the Nova Note Core mobile application (com.nova.notecore).
Nova Note Core is designed as a fully offline, local-first note-taking utility. We do not collect, read, store, or transmit your notes, folders, or search queries to any external servers or third parties.
All data processing and storage happen entirely on your device:
Local Database: Your notes, color tags, pinned statuses, and folder structures are stored securely on your device's internal storage using a local, isolated database.
Auto-Save Functionality: The app utilizes an auto-save feature (updating every 2 seconds) to ensure you do not lose your work. These rapid saves are executed strictly on your local device storage. We have absolutely no access to this data.
Markdown & Formatting: Any rich text or markdown formatting you apply is processed locally without requiring cloud processing.
Nova Note Core includes a feature to export your notes as PDF documents.
To save these PDF files to your device, the app may utilize standard Android storage protocols.
The generated PDFs remain exclusively on your device, and you have full control over where they are saved and how they are shared. We do not track or keep copies of any exported files.
Because Nova Note Core operates offline and does not rely on cloud synchronization, it is completely free from third-party analytics SDKs, user tracking tools, and advertising networks. Your note-taking habits and app settings remain strictly private.
You retain absolute control over your personal data. You can delete individual notes, folders, or clear all data directly from within the app. Because your data is exclusively local, uninstalling the app or clearing the app's storage from your Android system settings will permanently and irreversibly erase all your notes and preferences.
Our application is safe for all ages. Because we do not collect any personal data whatsoever, we inherently do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly if future updates introduce optional cloud-sync features (which would require explicit user consent). Any changes will be reflected within the app, and the "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.
