NOVA ISACA Student Group (NOVAISG) was established in the Spring of 2018 at the Loudoun Campus of Northern Virginia Community College. This student group is the connection between the classroom and employers through partnership with ISACA Greater Washington DC Chapter (GWDC) and is open to all NOVA students.

ISACA is a professional international organization which was founded in 1967 to address the growing need for measurable standards to help ensure that Information Technology is aligned with business goals.

ISACA spans the globe with more than 200 Chapters which provide crucial benefits like, continuing education, and professional networking. These benefits are extended to students through ISACA Student Groups.

NOVAISG has hosted numerous talks and workshops since Spring 2018 and looking to expand with the goal of 100+ members across 5 campuses this year.

ISACA Student Groups (ISGs) encourage education beyond the classroom by allowing students to network and learn from each other, and connect with a supportive group of professionals.

Located near Washington, D.C., the college includes six campuses - Alexandria, Annandale, Loudoun, Manassas, MEC (Springfield) and Woodbridge; along with Reston Technology Center.
