Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern the use of the NOVA Driver Mobile Application developed by MDrift Technologies Private Limited.

By using the application, drivers agree to these Terms

1. Authorized Access

The NOVA Driver Mobile Application is intended only for authorized drivers assigned by organizations using the NOVA fleet management system.

Login credentials are issued by the organization managing the NOVA platform.

2. Application Features

Drivers may use the application to:

• Access assigned Job Orders

• Accept and complete trips

• Submit Incident Reports

• Perform Vehicle Inspections

• View Vehicle Service Records

All administrative and management activities are performed through the NOVA web system.

3. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers agree to:

• Use the application only for official operational purposes

• Accurately update trip and operational information

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

• Follow operational policies defined by their organization

4. Account Security

Drivers are responsible for protecting their login credentials.

Unauthorized account sharing is prohibited.

5. System Availability

While we strive to ensure reliable service, system availability may be affected by:

• Network connectivity issues

• Maintenance activities

• Technical updates

6. Limitation of Liability

MDrift Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for operational losses resulting from:

• Network failures

• Device issues

• Unauthorized account access

7. Access Termination

Access may be suspended if:

• The driver is no longer authorized

• The application is misused

• Security policies are violated
