How do I edit a supplement?
Tap the Manage icon, select the supplement to edit, and you can alter the description, dosage, frequency, time of day, and reminders. Click on Save at the top of the screen to keep your changes, or Cancel to revert to the original.

My reminders aren't appearing.
Verify that notifications are enabled for Nourish in your iPhone Settings.

Will my information be shared?
No. Your supplement and personal information remains on your device.

Nourish values your privacy.

The app is designed to store your supplement information locally on your device, including supplements, doses, schedules, check-ins, mood selections, and journal notes. We do not collect or sell your personal information.

Information you enter into the app is used solely to provide reminder and tracking functionality to you.

If future versions introduce optional cloud synchronization or analytics, this policy will be updated before those features become available.

Medical Disclaimer: Nourish is intended to help users organize and remember their supplement routines. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult your healthcare provider regarding supplements, medications, and treatment decisions. 

Purchases: Nourish Premium is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple through your App Store account. Nourish never receives or stores your payment details. The app records only a local flag indicating the purchase was completed. 

Deleting your information: You can erase everything at any time using "Reset all data" in the app's Profile tab, or by deleting the app from your device. Because nothing is stored outside your device, no request to us is needed.
