We'd love to work with as many great traders as we can but there are a few things that will help you stand out!

Handmade products - We want to showcase traders that put all their time, effort and love in to all of the products they have to offer! We will accept items from traders that are classed as "resell" items but will not accept anything mass prodcuced, copyrighted or generated through AI tools.

If you can find it on the high street, it won't fit with us - We want our lovely customers to keep coming back so if you have items they can only find with you, you'll be just fine.

Passion - This is probably the biggest thing. If you don't have a burning passion for the items you're selling, your customers probably won't either! Not Your Average Market has been organised by people who give everything to their individual businesses and we want to work alongside other traders who feel the same as we do.

What you should know!

The market needs to be a safe event for everyone including the traders, customers and the venue staff. Of course accidents happen and, fingers crossed they don't, but we need you to have insurance in place for that worst case scenario. All traders must have Public Liability Insurance with at least £5 Million cover. PLI must be valid on the date of the event and proof is required in the application form.
