There is no charge for Volunteer Clearances.

You can submit your clearances to Nottingham Christian Center by submitting this FORM or emailing them to ncc84pa@gmail.com.

Additional Information :

The Child Protective Services Law requires clearances to be obtained every 60 months (5 years).
If you have clearances due to employment or a volunteer role in another capacity, you may submit those if they were obtained within the last 5 years.

Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance

The Pennskylvania Child Abuse Clearance can be obtained through the Child Welfare Portal.

If you have obtained a Child Abuse Clearance in the past, you can choose "Individual Login."

If not, you will need to "Create Individual Account."

You can obtain the PA State Police Criminal History Record Check at the PATCH website.

Choose "New Volunteer Record Check" to obtain the clearance free of charge.
