Privacy Policy for NotiTrack – History
Effective Date: September 23, 2026
App Name: NotiTrack – History
Developer: narasim
Platform: Android

1. Introduction
NotiTrack – History respects your privacy and is designed to help you privately save and review notifications received on your Android device.
The app uses Android Notification Access only for its core functionality: displaying and maintaining a notification history that you can review later.
Notification history processed by NotiTrack is stored locally on your device. NotiTrack does not require an account, and the developer does not operate a cloud server for storing your notification history.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the app can access, how that information is used, where it is stored, and what privacy controls are available to you.
2. Notification Access
NotiTrack requires Android's Notification Access permission to provide notification-history functionality.
When you enable Notification Access, Android allows NotiTrack to receive information about notifications posted by other applications.
Depending on the notification, this information may include:
Application name
Application package information
Notification title
Notification text
Notification message
Notification timestamp
Notification status
Notification category or type
Other notification-related information made available by Android
NotiTrack uses this information only to provide notification-history functionality on your device.
The app does not use Notification Access to secretly monitor you or transmit your private notification content to the developer.
3. Notification History
After Notification Access has been enabled, NotiTrack may save notification information locally so you can view it later.
The app may allow you to:
View previous notifications
Search notification history
Browse notifications by application
Browse notifications by date
View notification details
Mark or identify notifications as read
Delete individual notification records
Clear notification history
Exclude selected applications
Configure automatic cleanup
NotiTrack cannot normally recover notifications that were received before Notification Access was enabled.
4. Local Storage
Notification history is designed to be stored locally on your Android device.
Locally stored information may include:
Notification titles
Notification messages
Application names
Application icons or identifying information
Notification timestamps
Read/unread state
Selected excluded applications
Retention settings
App preferences
Notification-history database records
The developer does not intentionally receive copies of this locally stored notification history.
5. No Cloud Synchronization
NotiTrack does not require cloud synchronization for notification history.
The app does not require you to create an account to access your notification history.
Unless explicitly stated in a future version of the app, notification records are not uploaded to a developer-operated cloud database.
If cloud functionality is introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before that functionality is used.
6. Excluded Applications
NotiTrack may allow you to choose applications whose notifications should not be stored.
If you exclude an application, NotiTrack will attempt not to retain notifications received from that application.
You can manage excluded applications through the app's settings.
This allows you to prevent notifications from particularly sensitive applications from being included in your notification history.
7. Automatic History Cleanup
NotiTrack may provide automatic cleanup settings.
You may be able to select how long notification records should remain on your device.
For example, depending on the version of the app, you may choose to automatically remove older notifications after a specified number of days.
Automatic cleanup helps reduce the amount of notification history stored on your device.
8. Manual Deletion
You remain in control of your locally stored history.
NotiTrack may allow you to:
Delete individual notifications
Delete notifications from particular apps
Clear all notification history
Change automatic cleanup settings
You may also remove app data through Android system settings.
Uninstalling NotiTrack generally removes data held within the app's private storage, subject to Android's storage and backup behavior.
9. Screenshot Protection
Because notification history may contain private or sensitive information, NotiTrack is designed to restrict screenshots while protected screens are being displayed.
Where supported by Android, the application uses secure display protections intended to prevent the contents of NotiTrack from appearing in screenshots.
This protection is intended to reduce accidental exposure of:
Notification messages
Private conversations
One-time passwords
Financial notifications
Personal alerts
Email notifications
Messaging notifications
Other potentially sensitive notification content
10. Screen Recording Protection
NotiTrack is also designed to restrict screen recording of protected app screens.
Where supported by Android and the device manufacturer, secure-screen protections are used so that NotiTrack's protected content is not normally visible in screenshots or screen recordings.
Depending on the Android version, manufacturer implementation, modified operating system, external hardware, or other technical circumstances, no application can guarantee protection against every possible method of capturing information displayed on a device.
NotiTrack therefore uses available Android security mechanisms to reduce the risk of unauthorized screen capture.
11. Recent Apps / App Preview Protection
Where supported, secure screen protection may also prevent or obscure protected NotiTrack content from appearing in Android's recent-apps preview.
This helps reduce the possibility of notification content being visible when switching between applications.
12. Sensitive Notification Content
Notifications may contain sensitive personal information.
Depending on the apps installed on your device, notifications could contain information such as:
Messages
Email previews
Contact names
Financial alerts
Banking notifications
Transaction information
Authentication codes
Delivery information
Calendar events
Workplace notifications
Social media messages
Health-related notifications
Other personal information
NotiTrack does not control the contents of notifications generated by other applications.
You decide whether to enable Notification Access and which applications should be included or excluded.
13. One-Time Passwords and Security Codes
Some notifications may contain OTPs, verification codes, authentication codes, or similar security information.
If such a notification is received from an application that is not excluded, it may temporarily appear in your local notification history.
You should exclude sensitive applications if you do not want these notifications stored.
Where automatic cleanup is enabled, older notification records will be removed according to your selected retention period.
14. Information Not Intentionally Collected by the Developer
NotiTrack does not intentionally collect your notification history on developer-controlled servers.
The developer does not intentionally collect:
Your notification message contents
SMS messages through SMS permissions
WhatsApp conversations directly
Email inbox contents directly
Contact lists
Call history
Photos
Videos
Microphone recordings
Camera recordings
Precise location
Passwords
Banking credentials
Notification text that another application displays in an Android notification may still be visible to NotiTrack because Notification Access is required for the app's core functionality.
15. Camera and Microphone
NotiTrack does not require camera or microphone access for its notification-history functionality.
The app does not intentionally take photographs, record video, or record audio.
The screenshot and screen-recording protections described above relate to protecting the contents displayed inside NotiTrack.
16. Background Operation
Android may allow NotiTrack's notification-listener component to operate in the background so it can receive notifications after Notification Access has been enabled.
This background operation is required for notification-history functionality.
NotiTrack does not use background operation to secretly activate your camera, microphone, or location.
17. Android Permissions and System Access
NotiTrack may use Android permissions, services, or system access necessary to provide its features.
The most important access is:
Notification Access
This allows NotiTrack to receive notifications posted by other applications.
Notification Access is controlled by Android. You must manually enable it from Android settings.
You may revoke Notification Access at any time through your device settings.
If Notification Access is disabled, NotiTrack will no longer be able to save newly received notifications.
18. Revoking Notification Access
You can disable NotiTrack's Notification Access at any time.
On most Android devices, this is available under a system settings area similar to:
Settings → Notifications → Special app access → Notification access
The exact location may differ depending on your Android version and device manufacturer.
After access is disabled, previously stored notification history may remain locally until you delete it or clear the app's data.
19. Data Retention
Notification records remain on your device according to your selected settings and app usage.
Data may remain until:
You delete an individual notification
You clear notification history
Automatic cleanup removes it
You clear NotiTrack's app data
You uninstall NotiTrack
Certain Android backup features may behave according to your device or Google account settings.
20. Android Backup
Depending on NotiTrack's configuration, Android version, and your device's backup settings, some application preferences or local data may potentially be handled by Android's backup system.
Backup services are controlled by Android, Google, or your device manufacturer rather than directly by the NotiTrack developer.
If you do not want Android to back up application information, review your device's backup settings.
21. Security
NotiTrack uses reasonable measures available through Android to protect locally stored information.
Security measures may include:
Application-private storage
Secure screen protection
Screenshot blocking
Screen-recording restrictions
Local-only notification-history storage
User-controlled deletion
App exclusion controls
Automatic history cleanup
However, no mobile application or electronic storage mechanism can guarantee complete security.
Users should protect their device with appropriate Android security measures such as:
PIN
Password
Pattern
Fingerprint
Face authentication
Device encryption
22. Sharing of Notification Data
NotiTrack does not intentionally share your locally stored notification contents with the developer or other users.
If the app does not include a notification-history sharing feature, notification history remains inside the application unless another application or system-level tool gains access outside NotiTrack's control.
The developer does not sell notification-history content.
23. Selling Personal Information
NotiTrack does not sell your notification history.
The developer does not sell notification contents, notification messages, or locally stored history to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
24. Analytics
If NotiTrack does not currently use an analytics service, you can use this wording:
NotiTrack does not use third-party analytics to upload the contents of your notification history.
If analytics are added in a future version, they will be limited to appropriate technical or app-performance information and this Privacy Policy will be updated where required.
25. Advertising
Use this section only if your app contains advertisements.
If NotiTrack displays advertisements using a service such as Google AdMob, the advertising provider may process certain technical information independently.
This may include information such as:
Advertising identifiers
IP address
Device information
App interactions
Advertising performance information
Diagnostic information
Advertising services do not require access to your locally stored NotiTrack notification-history database for the purpose of displaying standard advertisements.
NotiTrack does not intentionally send the text content of your saved notifications to advertising providers.
Where required, advertising consent options may be provided before advertising data is processed.
26. Third-Party Services
NotiTrack may rely on Android or Google services necessary for normal application operation.
Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies.
NotiTrack does not control independent third-party privacy practices.
27. Data Transmission
The core notification-history feature is designed to work locally.
Your notification-history database is not intentionally transmitted to a developer-operated server.
Technical network communication may still occur if the application uses online components such as:
Advertising
Google Play services
App updates
Consent management
Crash reporting, if implemented
Such services must not be interpreted as the developer receiving your private notification-history contents unless specifically stated.
28. Children's Privacy
NotiTrack is not specifically designed for children.
Because notifications can contain private or sensitive information, parents and guardians should supervise the use of the application by minors where appropriate.
The developer does not knowingly operate a service intended to collect children's private notification contents.
29. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for controlling which applications are included in notification history.
For additional privacy, consider excluding applications that frequently display highly sensitive information, such as:
Banking apps
Password managers
Authentication apps
Medical applications
Private messaging applications
You should also maintain adequate security on your Android device.
30. App Uninstallation
When NotiTrack is uninstalled, information stored exclusively inside the app's private local storage will generally be removed by Android.
Android system backups, device-manufacturer backups, or other system services may behave independently.
31. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when:
New features are introduced
Privacy practices change
Android requirements change
Google Play requirements change
Third-party services are added or removed
Legal requirements change
When this policy is updated, the effective date shown at the top will also be updated.
Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy periodically.
32. Your Privacy Controls
NotiTrack gives you control over notification-history functionality.
Depending on the app version, you can:
Enable or revoke Notification Access
Choose excluded applications
Search notification history
Delete individual notification records
Clear all notification history
Configure automatic cleanup
Remove application data
Uninstall the application
