Privacy Policy for NotiPriority
Effective date: September 18, 2026
Last updated: September 18, 2026
1. Introduction
Gigasonet ("Gigasonet," "we," "our," or "us") provides NotiPriority, an Android application designed to help users organize, prioritize, review, and reduce interruptions from device notifications.
Your privacy is important to us. NotiPriority is designed around local, on-device processing. The core functionality of the app does not require you to create an account, and notification content processed by NotiPriority is intended to remain on your device.
This Privacy Policy explains what information NotiPriority accesses, how that information is used, whether it is transmitted or shared, how long it is retained, and the choices available to you.
For privacy questions, contact:
Gigasonet
Email: gigasonet.contact@gmail.com
2. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the NotiPriority Android application published by Gigasonet and to information processed through the app.
It does not govern the privacy practices of Android, Google Play, your device manufacturer, or third-party applications that generate notifications. Those services operate under their own privacy policies.
3. Privacy Summary
NotiPriority is designed so that its core notification-management functionality operates locally on your Android device.
NotiPriority does not require a user account.
NotiPriority does not display third-party advertising.
NotiPriority does not sell your notification data, app inventory, notification history, or personal information.
NotiPriority does not use your notification content for advertising profiles.
NotiPriority does not upload your notification history to Gigasonet servers as part of its core functionality.
NotiPriority does not use notification content for behavioral advertising.
Notification information, app preferences, priority settings, digest schedules, and notification history are processed locally for the functionality described in this policy.

5. Notification Access
NotiPriority uses Android's notification-listener functionality to provide its core features.
When you voluntarily enable Notification Access in Android settings, Android may allow NotiPriority to receive information contained in notifications posted by other apps.
Depending on what the source application includes in its notification, this information may include the application's name or package name, notification title, notification text, sender or conversation information, time, category, channel information, and other notification metadata.
NotiPriority uses this information to provide features such as priority notifications, notification organization, notification history, search, quiet digests, VIP handling, reminders, and notification insights.
NotiPriority does not gain access to the complete private databases of apps such as WhatsApp, Gmail, Instagram, banking applications, or other applications merely because Notification Access is enabled. It processes information that those applications make available to Android through their notifications.
If a source application hides notification content, NotiPriority may receive only the information Android makes available.
You can revoke Notification Access at any time through Android system settings. Some NotiPriority features will no longer work after access is disabled.
6. Installed and Visible Applications
NotiPriority includes an App Preferences feature that lets you assign notification behavior to individual applications.
To provide this feature, NotiPriority may query information about applications that Android makes visible to the app.
This information may include package name, application name, application icon, version information, enabled status, or whether the application appears to be a user-facing/system application.
NotiPriority uses this information only to provide functionality such as displaying your apps, matching incoming notifications to their source application, showing real app icons, maintaining app-specific notification preferences, and detecting newly relevant applications.
Installed-app information is processed locally and is not sold or shared for advertising or analytics monetization.
Google Play considers an inventory of installed applications personal and sensitive information. Gigasonet therefore intends to use only the level of app visibility necessary for NotiPriority's core notification-management functionality.
7. App Discovery From Notifications
An application may also become known to NotiPriority when that application generates a notification.
For example, if an application that is not already present in App Preferences generates a notification, NotiPriority may use the package identifier supplied by Android to retrieve the application's display name and icon and add it to the local App Preferences list.
This processing takes place on the user's device and exists so users can manage notification priorities without Gigasonet maintaining a hard-coded list of applications.
8. VIP People
NotiPriority may allow you to identify people or sender names whose notifications should receive higher priority.
VIP matching may rely on information you enter into the app and/or sender information made available inside notifications.
Unless explicitly stated by the app and separately permitted by you, NotiPriority does not require Gigasonet to receive or remotely store your personal contacts for this functionality.
VIP information is intended to remain locally on your device.
9. Notification History
If notification history is enabled, NotiPriority stores notification information locally so you can review previously received notifications.
Stored information may include the notification source, title, notification text, sender information exposed by the source application, timestamp, category, priority status, and related metadata.
Notification history is not intended to be uploaded to Gigasonet.
You control how long notification history is retained through the options available in the app.
10. Retention Options
NotiPriority may provide retention periods such as 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or Never delete, depending on the version of the app.
When a timed retention period is selected, NotiPriority may automatically delete eligible local notification history after that period.
If you choose Never delete, notification history may remain locally on your device until you delete it, clear the application's data, change the retention setting, or uninstall the application.
You may delete locally stored notification history through the controls provided by NotiPriority where available.
You may also clear NotiPriority's local application data through Android system settings.
11. Information We Collect on Gigasonet Servers
For the core NotiPriority functionality described in this Privacy Policy, Gigasonet does not operate a server that receives your notification content, notification history, installed-app inventory, app priorities, VIP list, or digest history.
Accordingly, those categories of information are accessed and processed on the device rather than collected by Gigasonet on a remote server.
Google Play explains that information used entirely on-device and not sent off-device is generally not considered "collected" for the purpose of its Data safety definition, although the app must still transparently disclose sensitive data access in its privacy policy.
12. Support Emails
If you voluntarily contact Gigasonet at gigasonet.contact@gmail.com, we receive the information that you choose to include in your email.
This may include your email address, name, device/app information, screenshots, diagnostic information, or other details you voluntarily provide.
We use support correspondence only to respond to your request, investigate issues, maintain records reasonably necessary to provide support, protect the service, or comply with legal obligations.
Do not send sensitive notification content or other confidential information unless it is necessary for your support request.
You may request deletion of support correspondence by contacting the same email address, subject to information we may be legally required to retain.
13. Advertising
NotiPriority does not contain third-party advertising as described by the current version of the application.
Gigasonet does not sell notification information or installed-app inventory to advertising companies.
Gigasonet does not use notification content to create advertising profiles.
If advertising is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety information must be updated before or alongside that change.
14. Analytics and Tracking
The current privacy design of NotiPriority does not rely on notification-content analytics, behavioral advertising trackers, or remote tracking of your notification history.
Notification statistics displayed inside NotiPriority, such as notification counts, focus estimates, category totals, or interruption statistics, are intended to be calculated locally.
If a future version introduces third-party analytics, crash-reporting services, or telemetry that transmits information off-device, this Privacy Policy will be updated to identify the relevant service and data processing.
15. Data Sharing
Gigasonet does not sell, rent, or trade notification content, notification history, installed-app information, or app-preference information.
Because the core data described in this policy is intended to remain on the user's device, Gigasonet ordinarily does not receive that information and therefore does not disclose it to third parties.
Information voluntarily provided through support communication may be processed by the email or communication provider used to deliver the message.
Gigasonet may disclose information actually in its possession where required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or where reasonably necessary to protect users, Gigasonet, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful conduct.
16. Third-Party Applications
NotiPriority interacts with notifications generated by third-party applications.
Those applications are independent from Gigasonet.
For example, if WhatsApp, Gmail, Instagram, a banking application, or another service sends a notification, the source application's processing of your information is governed by that application's own privacy policy.
NotiPriority is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party applications.
17. Google Play and Android
NotiPriority is distributed through Google Play and operates on Android.
Google and your device manufacturer may independently process device, purchase, diagnostic, security, Play Store, or operating-system information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Such processing is separate from Gigasonet's local processing of NotiPriority notification-management data.
18. Permissions and Special Access
NotiPriority requests only permissions and special access that are intended to support its functionality.
Depending on the Android version and features enabled, this may include notification access, permission to post NotiPriority's own notifications, access to app/package information visible through Android, and other Android capabilities necessary for scheduling or maintaining notification-management functionality.
Granting Notification Access or other optional permissions is your choice.
Where functionality depends on a permission, declining or revoking that permission may cause the related feature to stop functioning.
Gigasonet does not use granted permissions for unrelated advertising, profiling, surveillance, or data-sale purposes.
19. Data Security
NotiPriority is designed to minimize transmission of sensitive notification information by processing core data locally.
Local application information is protected by Android's application sandbox and the security controls provided by the Android operating system.
Where Android system authentication or biometric authentication is used to protect access to the app, the biometric verification process is handled by Android. Gigasonet does not receive your fingerprint, facial template, or other biometric credential.
No method of electronic storage or software security can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should maintain appropriate device security, including a screen lock and current security updates.
20. Your Choices and Controls
You remain in control of NotiPriority's access and local data.
You can disable Notification Access through Android settings, change individual app priorities, change or remove VIP entries, change digest schedules, modify notification-history retention, delete notification history using available in-app controls, clear NotiPriority's application data through Android settings, or uninstall NotiPriority.
Disabling required access may prevent some functionality from operating.
21. Data Deletion
Because NotiPriority does not require a Gigasonet account and core notification-management data is stored locally, there is no remote NotiPriority account to delete.
Locally stored information can be removed through the deletion controls available inside the application, by clearing NotiPriority's storage/data through Android settings, or by uninstalling the application.
If you have contacted Gigasonet by email and want us to delete personal information contained in support correspondence that remains in our possession, contact:
gigasonet.contact@gmail.com
We will process legitimate deletion requests subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, and record-retention obligations.
22. Android Backup
Android or a device manufacturer may offer operating-system-level backup or device-transfer functionality independently of Gigasonet.
Where such functionality is enabled by the operating system and applicable to NotiPriority data, its operation may be controlled by Android, Google, or the device manufacturer rather than Gigasonet.
You should review your Android backup settings if you do not want device-level backups.
23. Children's Privacy
NotiPriority is a general-purpose notification-management utility and is not designed specifically for children under 13.
Gigasonet does not knowingly operate a NotiPriority account system for collecting personal information from children.
If you believe a child has voluntarily sent personal information to Gigasonet through a support communication, contact gigasonet.contact@gmail.com so that the matter can be reviewed.
24. International Users
NotiPriority may be available in multiple countries.
Because core notification-management data is intended to remain on the user's device, Gigasonet does not routinely transfer that notification content to a centralized Gigasonet server.
Information you voluntarily send to Gigasonet through email may be processed in countries where the relevant email infrastructure operates, subject to the provider's policies and applicable law.
25. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, applicable law may provide rights relating to personal information, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or other privacy rights.
Most information processed by NotiPriority is stored locally and can be controlled directly through the application or Android settings.
For personal information that Gigasonet actually possesses, such as support correspondence, you may submit a privacy request to:
gigasonet.contact@gmail.com
We may need sufficient information to verify and process a legitimate request.
26. No Sale of Personal Information
Gigasonet does not sell notification content, notification history, installed-app inventory, VIP information, or NotiPriority preferences.
Gigasonet does not share those categories for cross-context behavioral advertising.
27. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when NotiPriority's functionality, legal requirements, permissions, data practices, or third-party services change.
When the policy changes, the Last updated date at the top of this page will be revised.
If a change materially affects how personal or sensitive information is accessed, used, collected, or shared, Gigasonet may provide additional notice where appropriate or required.
Continued use of the app after an updated policy becomes effective will be subject to the updated policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
