The Application is a productivity tool for Android that utilizes On-Device Artificial Intelligence to sort incoming notifications. Its primary goal is to prioritize urgent or important messages while grouping promotional content and social noise into a daily summary.

3. Data Collection and Permissions

We prioritize your privacy. All notification processing is performed locally on your device.

A. Personal Data: The Application does not collect any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) directly.

B. Technical Data and Analytics: We use third-party tools to ensure app stability and understand general usage patterns:

• Crash Reports: Information about technical errors (via Crashlytics).

• Usage Data: Anonymous statistics on which features are most frequently used (via Firebase Analytics).

C. Sensitive Android Permissions: To provide its core functionality, the Application requires the following permissions:

• BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE: Essential for reading and filtering incoming notifications.

• QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES: Allows the app to identify installed applications so you can choose which ones to filter.

• FOREGROUND_SERVICE_TYPE_DATA_SYNC: Ensures smooth data processing in the background.

• REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS: Guarantees that the AI can filter your notifications without being interrupted by system power-saving features.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application utilizes services provided by Google for technical operations and monetization:

• Google Play Services: For core Android environment functionality.

• Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config): For technical analysis and remote configuration.

• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements.

• Google Play Billing: For secure management of in-app purchases and subscriptions.

5. Storage, Location, and Security

• Local Processing: The content of your notifications is processed exclusively on your smartphone by the embedded AI. No notification text is ever sent to our servers.

• Storage Location: Notification-related data is stored only on your device. Analytical and technical data are hosted on Google’s secure servers.

• Retention Period: Notification data stored locally is automatically deleted after 30 days. Analytical data is retained according to Google Firebase’s standard retention policies.

6. Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell any personal or technical data to third parties. Data collected is only shared with the service providers mentioned in Section 4 for the sole purpose of providing and improving the Application's features.

7. User Rights

In accordance with global data protection principles (including GDPR for users in the EU), you have the following rights:

• Right to Erasure: You can manually delete your local data at any time via the dedicated button in the Application settings.

• Access and Control: You can revoke permissions (such as Notification Access) at any time through your Android system settings.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. In the event of significant changes, you will be informed via an app update or an in-app notification.
