Constituent Assembly convenes to draft new Constitution

A Constituent Assembly has recently convened to draft a new Constitution for the Co-operative Republic of Wendatia. This assembly will comprise of the former National Assembly, alongside any volunteering citizens. The assembly will focus on drafting the current constitution, but may pass laws if necessary.
The current constitution has been described as antiquated and vague, which prompted the change ahead of what would've been Wendatia's elections in March. Once the constitution is passed, the Assembly will dissolve and elections will immediately be held.
