Welcome to Note Widget. By downloading, accessing, or using the application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Note Widget is provided for personal and lawful use only.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to interfere with the operation of the App.
Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App except as permitted by applicable law.
Use the App in a manner that may harm the App or its users.
You are solely responsible for any notes, text, or content created, stored, or managed within the App.
You retain ownership of your content.
The developer does not access, review, monitor, or store your notes.
The App stores data locally on your device.
If you choose to enable iCloud Sync, your data may be synchronized through Apple's iCloud services and is subject to Apple's terms and policies.
The developer is not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, iCloud issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important information.
Certain features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain functionality, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Features may be modified, updated, suspended, or removed at any time without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
The developer does not warrant that:
The App will always be available.
The App will be error-free.
The App will meet every user's requirements.
Data loss will never occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
This includes, without limitation:
Data loss
Business interruption
Loss of profits
Device issues
Service interruptions
The App, including its design, software, branding, graphics, and related materials, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No rights are granted except those necessary to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time.
The developer reserves the right to restrict access to the App if these Terms are violated.
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the developer's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
