Notes for Neighbours is intended for users aged 13 and older.
Users under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian involved in donation pickups, drop-offs, and related coordination. Notes for Neighbours does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13.
We take reasonable measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Users may delete their account through the app's account deletion feature.
