These Terms of Use govern your use of Notes: To do list & Reminders and its features. By downloading, installing, or using Notes: To do list & Reminders, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. About Notes: To do list & Reminders
Notes: To do list & Reminders is a personal productivity application designed to help users create, organize, and manage:
Notes
To-do lists and tasks
Reminders
Voice memos
Images and attachments in notes
Other personal productivity content
The App may offer both free and premium features.
2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Notes: To do list & Reminders may offer auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features and content.
Available subscription options, including their duration and price, are clearly displayed within the App before purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account when your purchase is confirmed.
3. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
The renewal price will be displayed to you before you complete your subscription purchase.
4. Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
To manage your subscriptions:
Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features in Notes: To do list & Reminders until the current subscription period expires.
Deleting Notes: To do list & Reminders does not automatically cancel your subscription.
5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
If Notes: To do list & Reminders offers a free trial or promotional period, the applicable terms and duration will be clearly displayed before you subscribe.
Unless you cancel before the free trial or promotional period ends, your subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription.
The applicable subscription price and renewal information will be displayed before purchase.
6. Changes to Subscription Plans
We may change the available subscription plans, prices, or premium features from time to time, subject to applicable laws and Apple App Store policies.
Any changes to an existing subscription will be handled in accordance with Apple's applicable subscription policies.
7. Refunds
Payments and refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple in accordance with its applicable policies.
We do not directly process payments made through the Apple App Store.
8. User Content
Notes: To do list & Reminders allows users to create and store personal content, including notes, tasks, reminders, and voice memos.
You are responsible for the content you create and store using the App.
You agree not to use Notes: To do list & Reminders for unlawful purposes or to store or distribute content that violates applicable laws.
9. Device Permissions
Certain features in Notes: To do list & Reminders may require permission to access specific functions on your device, including:
Microphone access for recording voice memos
Camera access for capturing images
Photo Library access for adding images to notes
Notification access for reminders and alerts
Speech Recognition, where applicable
You can manage or revoke these permissions through your device settings. Some features may not function properly if the required permissions are not granted.
10. Privacy
Your use of Notes: To do list & Reminders is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how information is collected, used, and protected.
11. Availability and Updates
We aim to provide a reliable and smooth experience with Notes: To do list & Reminders. However, we do not guarantee that the App will always be available without interruption or errors.
We may update, modify, improve, or discontinue certain features when necessary.
Some features may require an internet connection to function properly.
12. Limitation of Liability
Notes: To do list & Reminders is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, missed reminders, interrupted services, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important information.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to certain features if necessary to protect Notes: To do list & Reminders, its users, or our services, or if these Terms of Use are violated.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
Any changes will become effective when the updated Terms are published within the App or on our website. Continued use of Notes: To do list & Reminders after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

Apple Standard Terms of Use
These Terms of Use are in addition to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions applicable to subscriptions and purchases made through the Apple App Store.
