3. Do We Share Your Data?
No, we do note sell or share your notes or personal data with your concent.
We may share anonymous usage information (e.g., crash reports, device type) with trusted third-party services to help improve the app.
4. Is Your Data Safe?
Yes. Your notes are stored only on your device. We do not upload your content to our servers. We use secure systems to protect any basic diagnostic data we collect.
5. Permissions We Use (and Why)
• INTERNET – To load ads and connect to online services
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE – To check if internet is available
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS – To send reminders and alerts
• SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM – To schedule accurate note reminders
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED – To restore reminders after reboot
• READ_PHONE_STATE – For After-Call feature (see point 8)
• SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW – For After-Call overlays (see point 8)
• CALL_PHONE – Reserved for potential future calling features
• com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID – To show personalized ads
6. Third Party Access
We use trusted third-party services to help improve app functionality:

Third-party Advertisers We may engage third-party companies to display advertisements within the Application. These companies may utilize information about your visits to the Application and other websites, collected through web cookies, to deliver advertisements tailored to your interests. In the Data Collection Section of your Privacy Policy: We may collect and share the following categories of data to provide and improve our services: 1. Personal Information: Like age, gender, city, etc. 2. Usage Data: Like interactions with the app, session logs, and preferences. 3. Device Information: Like device model, device language operating system, and IP address. 4. Location Data: Precise or approximate location (if enabled).
7. Advertising and Remarketing
We use Google AdMob to show ads. These may be personalized using your Advertising ID and usage activity — but we never collect or share personal content.
You can opt out of personalized ads anytime in your device's Google settings.
8. After-Call Feature & Permissions
To support our optional After-Call Notes feature, we use two specific permissions:
• Phone State
This lets the app know when a phone call ends, so it can trigger the After-Call note screen. We do not access or store call logs, phone numbers, or audio.
• Display Over Other Apps
This permission allows us to briefly show the note screen above other apps after a call ends. It is used only to show the After-Call screen and does not interact with or collect information from any other apps.
These permissions are only used for the After-Call Notes feature and not for any background tracking or unrelated purposes.
9. Remarketing services for marketing & advertising purposes
Yes, we use remarketing services to advertise our website/app for the following way.
We use re-marketing and targeted advertising services, including Google Ads and other similar platforms, to promote our app and reach users who have previously interacted with our service. These services allow us and our advertising partners to show relevant ads to you on third-party websites, apps, and platforms based on your past visits or activity.
Our advertising partners may use cookies, identifiers, and similar tracking technologies to deliver ads that are more relevant to your interests, measure the effectiveness of our campaigns, and improve user engagement — always in accordance with applicable privacy laws and your consent preferences.
This type of service allows User Data to be utilized for advertising communication purposes. These communications are displayed in the form of banners and other advertisements on this Application, possibly based on User interests.
This does not mean that all Personal Data are used for this purpose. Information and conditions of use are shown below.
Some of the services listed below may use Trackers to identify Users or they may use the behavioral retargeting technique, i.e. displaying ads tailored to the User’s interests and behavior, including those detected outside this Application.
