If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
NoteNest provides productivity and utility features that may include:
Notes and note editing
Checklists
Reminders and notifications
Folders and organization tools
Business and record-keeping features
Home screen widgets
Utility tools
Optional Google backup and restore
App Lock and security features
Advertising
Premium subscriptions and lifetime purchases
Features may be changed, added, limited, or removed as the App is updated.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NoteNest on compatible Android devices for lawful purposes.
You may not:
Copy, sell, distribute, or sublicense the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code except where permitted by law
Circumvent security or Premium restrictions
Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes
Interfere with the App, its services, or other users
You retain ownership of the content you create in NoteNest, including notes, checklists, records, and attachments.
You are responsible for:
The accuracy and legality of your content
Keeping important data backed up
Protecting your device and Google account
Any content you share, export, or upload
We do not claim ownership of your personal content.
Google Sign-In and backup features are optional.
If you use them, backup and restore depend on Google services, your Google account, permissions, network connectivity, and available storage.
We are not responsible for outages, account restrictions, revoked permissions, or data loss caused by Google services.
You should verify that important data has been successfully backed up before deleting local data.
If you enable App Lock, PIN, or biometric security, you are responsible for keeping your security credentials safe.
If you lose your PIN or recovery information, access to locked content may not be recoverable.
The App may display third-party advertisements, including advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
We do not control all advertising content provided by third-party advertising networks.
Premium purchases may remove or limit advertisements according to the Premium option purchased.
NoteNest may offer:
Weekly subscription
Monthly subscription
Yearly subscription
Lifetime one-time purchase
Prices, availability, trials, and offers may vary by country and are displayed through the App or Google Play.
All payments are processed by Google Play.
Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled through Google Play before the renewal date.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Free trials, when available, are subject to Google Play eligibility and terms.
A Lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.
The Premium benefits included with the Lifetime purchase are those shown in the App or Google Play at the time of purchase.
Refunds are handled according to Google Play's applicable refund policies.
For payment-related issues, users should contact Google Play support.
Reminder delivery depends on Android permissions, device settings, battery optimization, background restrictions, and other operating-system conditions.
We cannot guarantee that every reminder or notification will always be delivered.
Some NoteNest tools, calculators, converters, business tools, or similar utilities are provided for general convenience only.
They should not be considered professional legal, financial, medical, accounting, tax, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for verifying important information before relying on it.
NoteNest, including its software, design, branding, logos, and related materials, belongs to Fast Abs Technology or its licensors, except for user content and third-party components.
You may not use or reproduce our intellectual property without permission.
NoteNest is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always be available
The App will always be error-free
Every feature will work without interruption
Data will never be lost
Third-party services will always be available
You should maintain backups of important information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fast Abs Technology and its developers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from the use of or inability to use NoteNest.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
You may stop using NoteNest at any time by uninstalling the App.
We may restrict or terminate access to certain features if necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons, or if these Terms are violated.
Subscription cancellation must be managed through Google Play.
We may update NoteNest from time to time to add features, fix bugs, improve performance, modify Premium features, or change other parts of the App.
Some updates may be required to maintain security, compatibility, or functionality.
We may update these Terms when necessary.
The "Last Updated" date will indicate when the Terms were most recently changed.
These Terms are subject to applicable laws and mandatory consumer protection rights in the user's country or jurisdiction.
