Notepad Pro – Notes & PDF Tools (“Notepad Pro”, “we”, “our”, or “the app”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Notes, checklists, folders, tags, reminders, workspaces, and other content that you create in Notepad Pro are stored locally on your device by default.
We do not operate our own servers to collect or store the content of your notes.
Your locally stored content remains on your device unless you choose to export, share, back up, or otherwise transfer it using features provided by the app or your device.
Notepad Pro provides an optional Cloud Backup feature using Google Drive.
If you choose to use this feature, you may be asked to authorize access to your Google Drive. The access is used to provide the backup and restore functionality you request.
Depending on the functionality you use, Notepad Pro may:
Create backup files in your Google Drive.
Upload app data to your Google Drive for backup.
Download backup files from your Google Drive when you request a restore.
Update or replace backup files created by the app when required by the backup functionality.
Notepad Pro does not intentionally access unrelated files in your Google Drive.
Google Drive is operated by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy practices and terms.
Notepad Pro does not require you to create an account to use its core note-taking features.
A Google account may be required when you choose to use Google Drive Cloud Backup or other Google services integrated into the app.
Notepad Pro may request device permissions or access to system-provided file and media features when required for specific functionality.
These features may include:
Importing files or images.
Exporting or saving PDF documents.
Selecting files for backup or restore.
Inserting images into notes.
Saving documents generated by the app.
Permissions are used only to provide the functionality associated with them.
The exact permissions requested may vary depending on your Android version and the features you use.
Notepad Pro provides features for creating and working with PDF documents, including PDF generation and other PDF-related functions.
Files processed using these features are handled on your device unless you explicitly choose to back them up, share them, or otherwise transfer them using an available feature.
Notepad Pro does not intentionally collect personal information for analytics or advertising purposes.
If third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or similar services are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when those services are introduced, as applicable.

Notepad Pro stores your notes and app content locally on your device by default.
When you choose to use Cloud Backup, backup data may be stored in your Google Drive account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Google account, including your device lock and Google account credentials.
We take reasonable measures within the app's functionality to help protect data handled by the application.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review the matter.
