This privacy policy applies to the Notepad - My Notes app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Meastro Apps (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application itself does not directly collect any personal information or data from its users. However, to provide essential functionality, the Application may request access to certain device features.

Notification Permissions: When you set a reminder within the Application, accessing notification permission is required to allow the Application to display those reminders to you. The Application uses this permission solely for the purpose of delivering your scheduled reminders. The Application does not collect any personal data related to your notifications or your interaction with them.

To monetize the app, it integrates Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service.

While the Application does not directly collect your personal data, Google AdMob, as a third-party service, may collect and process certain information to serve personalized ads. This information may include:

Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
Unique device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID)
Information about your device's operating system
Your general location derived from IP address
Information about ads served, viewed, or clicked

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Service Provider does not collect, store, or have direct access to the data collected by Google AdMob. The Service Provider will not use any information to contact you or for marketing promotions, as no personal data is directly collected by the Application.

For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider does not require you to provide any personally identifiable information directly to the Application.

Third-Party Access and Data Sharing

The Application uses Google AdMob for monetization. As such, aggregated, anonymized data may be periodically transmitted to AdMob to facilitate ad serving and reporting.

The Service Provider does not share any user information or data that it collects (as the Application itself collects none) with any other third parties, except as facilitated by Google AdMob for advertising purposes.

The Service Provider may disclose information related to app usage (not personal user data):

as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with their trusted service providers who work on their behalf and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement, provided such disclosure does not involve user personal data collected by the Application.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information related to the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Regarding personalized advertising from Google AdMob, you may have options to control or reset your advertising ID through your device settings. For more information on how Google uses data and your options for managing your ad experience, please refer to Google's privacy policy linked above.

Data Retention Policy

As the Application itself does not collect any user-provided personal data, there is no personal data for the Service Provider to retain directly.

Data collected by Google AdMob is subject to their own data retention policies. If you have questions regarding data retention by Google AdMob, please refer to their privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. As the Service Provider does not directly collect personally identifiable information from any user, this policy applies equally to children. In the unlikely event that any personal information were to be inadvertently received directly by the Service Provider, it would be immediately deleted. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information via the app (e.g., through AdMob, though unlikely to be direct to us), please contact the Service Provider (Pankajmonu.j@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take any necessary actions.

Security

As the Application does not directly collect or store any user's personal information or data, there is no confidential personal information for the Service Provider to safeguard in this regard. The Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application operates securely as intended. Data handled by Google AdMob is subject to Google's security measures.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Your continued use of the Application after any changes indicates your understanding and acceptance of those changes.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to this Privacy Policy, which outlines that while the Application itself does not collect personal data, the integrated Google AdMob service may collect certain data for advertising purposes, and the Application requires notification permission solely for reminders.
