We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how information is handled when you use Notely.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected through Notely, how that information is used, how your notes are stored, and your choices regarding your information.
By using Notely, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information You Provide
Notely does not require you to create an account or log in.
We do not ask you to provide personal information such as:
Your name

Account credentials
The notes and content you create in Notely are stored locally on your device.
Notely does not provide cloud synchronization or cloud backup for your notes.
3. Notes and User Content
The primary purpose of Notely is to allow you to create and manage notes.
Your notes are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded by Notely to our servers.
We do not have access to the content of your locally stored notes through Notely's normal operation.
If you delete a note using the app's available deletion features, that note is removed from the app's local storage, subject to your device's operating system and backup behavior.
Because your notes are stored locally, uninstalling the application or clearing its application data may result in the loss of locally stored notes.

Notely uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with the application and to help us improve its functionality, performance, and user experience.
Firebase Analytics may automatically collect certain information, which can include information about app usage, sessions, operating system, device model, approximate geographic information, app launches, and an app-instance identifier.
This information may be used for purposes such as:
Understanding how the application is used
Measuring application performance
Improving features and user experience
Identifying usage trends
Diagnosing technical issues
We do not use Firebase Analytics to collect the actual text of your notes.
5. Crash Reports and Diagnostics
Notely uses Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes, errors, and technical problems.
Crashlytics may automatically collect information associated with application crashes, including crash stack traces, relevant application state, relevant device metadata, and a Crashlytics installation identifier.
We use this information to:
Detect crashes
Identify technical problems
Improve application stability
Fix bugs
Improve the overall performance of Notely
Crash reporting does not intentionally collect the content of your notes.
6. Advertising
Notely uses Google AdMob to display advertisements within the application.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share certain information for purposes including advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Depending on the configuration and use of the SDK, this can include information such as IP address, advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostic information, and other device or account identifiers.
Advertising partners may use information collected through their services in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
