Notelify requires access to certain device features in order to provide its core functionality. However, your data is never transmitted to remote servers, sold, or shared with third parties.

Notes, Tasks, and Tables

All text-based content you create within the app—including notes, to-do lists, tasks, and tables—is stored exclusively on your device's local storage.

Photos and Media Access

To allow you to attach images to your notes, Notelify requests access to your device's photo library. The photos you select are processed only for the purpose of attaching them to your notes and remain stored locally on your device.

Voice Recording (Microphone Access)

When you use the voice recording feature, Notelify accesses your device's microphone. Recorded audio files are saved directly to your device and are never uploaded to external servers.

Calendar and Reminders

Reminders created by double-clicking a date in the integrated calendar are managed through your device's local operating system services.

App Lock and Private Notes

Passwords and biometric authentication (where supported) used to secure the app or protect private notes are stored securely using your device's encrypted security storage. We do not have access to your passwords or biometric data.

2. Data Storage and Security

NoteFlow does not use cloud storage.

All of your data—including notes and any TXT or PDF files you export—is stored entirely on your own device. Because your data remains on your device, deleting the app or changing devices may result in data loss unless you create your own backups.

The security of your data depends on the overall security of your device.

3. Third-Party Services

Notelify does not include any third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, or user tracking.

We do not collect usage analytics, display advertisements, or share your data with third-party advertising or analytics providers.

4. Children's Privacy

Notelify is a general-purpose productivity application and is not specifically intended for children.

Because we do not knowingly collect personal information from users, we do not engage in data processing activities that would compromise children's privacy.
