NoteGhor is a personal note-taking and productivity app that allows users to create, edit, and manage notes with rich text formatting, purchase and spend coins, and personalize the experience through themes and customizations.

We collect information in the following ways depending on how you use the App:
When you sign in using your Google account, we collect:
Your name
Your email address
This data is used solely to create and manage your NoteGhor account and personalize your user experience.
If you use the app in Guest Mode, no personal identifying information is collected. However, local app activity such as temporary notes or coins may be stored on your device and deleted when you uninstall or clear app data.
We collect anonymous usage data to improve app performance, such as:
Notes created, updated, or deleted
Coins earned and spent
Themes selected
Interaction with in-app features (like alerts, premium options, etc.)
This helps us understand feature usage and enhance user experience.
For In-App Purchases (IAPs), all transactions are securely processed by Google Play Billing.
We do not have access to or store any sensitive financial data such as credit/debit card numbers or payment credentials.
We only receive transaction confirmation and coin purchase details (amount, and product ID) from Google Play for updating your in-app balance.
We may collect limited device-related data such as:
Device model and version
Operating system version
App version
Anonymous crash logs and performance metrics
This helps us debug and optimize the app for better performance.
3. Coins & In-App Purchases
Coins are required to access all premium features, including:
Bold, Italic, and Underline formatting
Locking notes for privacy
Pinning important notes for quick access
Each time a user creates a new note, 5 coins will be deducted from their total coin balance.
When coins run out, users can purchase additional coins securely through Google Play In-App Purchases (IAP). All transactions are processed safely by Google Play Billing — NoteGhor never collects or stores any payment or card details directly.
In summary, coins are now required from the start to use premium features, and users can buy coins at any time to continue enjoying premium options.
Users can create, edit, and delete notes anytime.
Notes can include formatted text and can be locked or pinned.
All notes are private to your own account.
Notes and user data are stored securely using Firebase Firestore and Firebase Authentication.
We do not access or share your note content with anyone.
NoteGhor allows users to select and apply multiple themes for a personalized look.
Theme preferences are saved in your account so that your chosen appearance is retained across devices.
The app may show alerts when you run out of coins, reminding you of earning or purchase options.
Users can sign in using Google or continue as a Guest.
You can log out anytime.
All your app data — including notes, coins, and theme settings — are tied to your account and synced to the cloud.
If you logout your account or app data, your stored notes and coins may be deleted.
The app includes an in-app Terms & Conditions section that explains the rules of using NoteGhor, including:
Fair usage policy
Coin usage and spending rules
IAP and refund policies
Users must read and agree to these terms before accessing premium features.
We value your privacy and take the following measures:
Sell, rent, or trade your personal data
Share your notes or private data with advertisers or third parties
As required by law, regulation, or legal request
With trusted service providers (like Firebase, Google Play) to enable app functionality
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
However, please note that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
NoteGhor is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
As a user, you have control over your information:
You may use the app in Guest Mode without sharing personal data.
You may view, edit, or delete your account data at any time.
You may request data deletion or account removal by contacting us directly.
