3. Permissions

NoteFlow requests the following permissions only when needed for specific features:

Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Used only to record voice notes at your request.

Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used only to show reminders you have set for tasks.

In-App Purchases (BILLING): Used only if you choose to upgrade to NoteFlow Pro through Google Play.

4. Third-Party Services

Google Play Billing: If you purchase a Pro upgrade, your payment information is handled exclusively by Google Play under their privacy policy. We only receive a confirmation of your subscription status.

Analytics & Ads: This version of the app does not include any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

5. Data Deletion

Since all data lives on your device, you are in full control:

Manual Deletion: You can delete any note or board at any time.

Full Deletion: Uninstalling the app will automatically remove its local database and all associated files from your device.

Backups: Any backups you export are stored in a location of your choice (e.g., Google Drive) and are governed by that provider's deletion policy.

NoteFlow does not knowingly collect personal information from children and has no account system.
