Additional or Late Fees:
($2.00/per minute) for waiting time beyond 10 minutes applies if documents and/or persons signing the documents or delivering or dropping off the documents are not ready at the scheduled and agreed upon appointment time. Please note that the late fee is due and payable along with the regular service fee prior to services being rendered and provided. The late fees are due and payable for reasons beyond Notary Saskatoon's control, such as client forgetting to bring/supply all court documents, not printing off documents, incorrectly filled out documents or in the case of the legal incapacity of any signing person/party/s.

Note:
All documents must be filled out correctly by client and also must be in order. It is not the notaries responsibility to ensure all documents are filled out correctly in the appropriate spaces as each and every document is different. There is an additional $25 fee to fill out documents if they are not filled out and there is also a $45 fee + Km charge to redo documents.

Outside City Limits:
For mobile services outside of city limits or any major city we service (i.e. Rural Communities or smaller towns near the city) there is an extra $25 - $45 charge for travelling expenses, depending on location and timing. Mileage calculated at $0.80/km Driving Time $50/hr for distances beyond 100 km round trip.

Weekends (Saturdays/Sundays):
There is also a minimum additional surcharge of $25 - $45 during weekends (Saturday & Sunday) outside of normal business hours.
