*Early Morning/Late Evening times refer to morning hours beginning at 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM and evening hours from 8:00 PM - 11:59 PM.
**Extended travel rate of $150.00 up to 4 hours. Each additional hour to be charged at the travel rate of $25 per hour up to 6 hours total.
** "Extended Travel Rate" refers to a service location outside of the Greater Phoenix Area (Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale Metropolitan Statistical Area) or more than 60 Miles away from the Greater Phoenix Area.
Local Travel refers to a service location within the Greater Phoenix Area (Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale Metropolitan Statistical Area)
