Become a Florida Notary Public
The first step to becoming a notary is to complete a three-hour, mandatory notary education program. The course provided by the Florida Notary Academy is approved by the Executive Office of the Governor. The course is required for first-time applicants, but renewing notaries will also benefit from this course.

THE $29 REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. We will not refund the registration fee under any circumstances, particularly if the course access information has already been e-mailed to you.
The registration fee for our online classes is a non-refundable $29. This fee must be paid by PayPal. When checking out, please provide the e-mail address where you want the course information sent.
IMPORTANT: The course password will be provided by e-mail within 24 hours. Please allow us the full 24 hours, as this information must be e-mailed to you manually. Also be sure to check your spam folder. If you do not receive the e-mail after 24 hours, please e-mail us at robert.koehler@live.com. Your password never expires, and you are free to log back in at any time - even after you've completed the course.
It is the student's responsibility to complete the entire course, including all exercises.
