A notary public is a public officer who authenticates and legalises documents. They also verify the identity of the document signer. They usually deal with matters concerning foreign law or international business.

When documents are notarized, it helps prevent fraud and makes the documents more likely to be accepted for use abroad.

Mr. Lo Ming is qualified as a Barrister of England and a member of Middle Temple, one of the Inns of Court in London, United Kingdom.  He is duly appointed by the Malaysian authority as a Notary Public and also a Commissioner for Oaths.  He also hold a valid license to practice as an advocate of the Sarawak Bar, and qualified to appear in all courts.
