All subscriptions are processed securely through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. We do not collect, process, or have access to your credit card information, billing address, or underlying financial data.

Your device token and radius preferences are retained only as long as necessary to provide the service. Your location preferences are continuously overwritten with your latest saves. You can clear this data at any time simply by uninstalling the application, at which point your notification token will naturally expire and be purged from our active database.

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing, or using the NOTAMnotification application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Aviation Safety & Liability Disclaimer (CRITICAL) NOTAMnotification is strictly a supplementary situational awareness tool. It DOES NOT replace, supersede, or substitute official pre-flight briefings, FAA Flight Service Stations (e.g., 1800wxbrief), primary flight displays, or official regulatory publications.

The data provided by this App is sourced from third-party APIs (including the FAA NMS API). We make zero guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

By using this App, you explicitly acknowledge that YOU are solely responsible for your flight planning, regulatory compliance, and the safety of your aircraft as the Pilot in Command (PIC). The developer(s) of NOTAMnotification shall assume ZERO liability for any missed NOTAMs, airspace violations (including TFR incursions), aircraft damage, injury, or death.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

4. Subscriptions and Billing Access to premium features requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple via your iTunes/App Store account. Auto-renewal may be turned off in your Apple Account Settings. The developer does not process payments or manage billing directly.

5. User Conduct You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App. You agree not to abuse, overload, or maliciously attack the backend APIs that power this service.
