RECORDING/MIXING
$75/hour for recording & mixing
$150/song for just mixing (up to 30 tracks)
*Up to 36% royalties for Producing
*Up to 36% royalties for Songwriting
**Songs over 30 tracks negotiable
MASTERING
$25 per mastered track
EXTRAS
$25 per song for in-house instrumental additions
$50 per song for in-house drum kit additions
$10 A&R fee per song (strings, horns, vocalists, etc.)Â
*Additional charges for out-of-house musicians may vary
SESSION AGREEMENT
$50 deposit required for all sessions (counts towards the first hour of session or refundable up to 48 hours before session start)
Sessions must be booked for at least 1 hour minimum
Hourly rates start from booked session start time, and end when work is finished
Guests are allowed if first communicated and cleared with one of the three studio members
No Seasons Studio is located in a shared space, please be respectful to the other tenants and use the space as intended
Please ask for any other accommodations necessary ie. allergies, accessibility, etc.
