Iguanas, snakes, and even crocodiles can be found among the reserve's mangroves, along with over 270 species of birds.
4. Hike Nosara’s jungle trails
The Nosara Biological Reserve is a wonderful location to start, where a self-guided stroll through the paths can take a couple of hours. To have a deeper understanding of the jungles, you can also join a guided walk of the trails. There are multiple loop routes that circle Nosara, as well as others that extend for kilometers through the woods.
